This engine came from a 250 GTE. The owner wanted good power and driveability. In this heavy car the engine pulls
hard. The cylinder head was ported properly on the intake side and the valve train lightened. Our engine simulation work showed that the stock cam would work well with the modified heads, so we didn’t change it. Compare this engine with the earlier, inside plug 250 engines - huge difference!
